Export Data From Professional Real Estate
- Start Professional Real Estate
- Open the desired database you wish to export (i.e. Farm)
- Go to the "Utilities" menu and then "Export"
- Select "DBASE III/IV" as the format
- Select your "C:" drive as the location to save the file
- Click "All Records" to export the entire database
- Enter a filename to save the file as (i.e. FARM)
- Repeat for each database that you want to export
Import PRE Data Into Realty DataLink
- Start Realty DataLink
- From the main menu go to "Utilities" and "Import"
- Choose "PRE Export" as the format you are importing
- Select the database you wish to import into (i.e. Farm)
- Click OK and select the file you want to import, which should now be on your "C:" drive as a DBF file (i.e. C:\FARM.DBF)
- Repeat for each exported file that you have
