Before you import your farm disk please ensure that it is in the correct format; it should have a file extension of either ".JGF" or ".FGJ"

If it is not in one of those formats please contact your Title sales representative to re-order a new disk in the correct format.

1. Insert the floppy disk or CDROM with your farm into your computer
2. Start Realty DataLink
3. From the top menu go to "Utilities" and then "Import"
4. First choose the format your file is in, either "WRS DataQuick" (FGJ) or "WRS MetroScan" (JGF)
5. Select "Farm" as the database to import to
6. Type in the name of your farm area in the "Code" field
7. Choose a "Salutation" from the drop down list
8. Click OK and you will be prompted to select your farm file to open. Go to your floppy (A:) or CDROM drive, select the file and click Open.
9. You will then see a countdown of all of the records upon which you can click "Continue". Now open your farm database to see all of the records!
